Per VDCA Bylaw 15, the Association's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
This meeting will be held in the Fred Maurice Pavilion at Beacon Hill Park. To accommodate continuing social distancing recommendations in place across the province, this meeting will commence at 6:00pm, and physical access to the interior of the pavilion for voting purposes will be regulated.
Per VDCA Bylaw 21, Elections will be held during this meeting for the following offices:
First Vice-President
Secretary
Representative to Cricket BC
Per VDCA Bylaw 23, nominations for these elections must be received at least 21 days before this meeting, i.e. not later than 6:00pm on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.
